For only $17 per month, members receive:

Priority scheduling
Required county maintenance inspections

Services Included

Your maintenance agreement includes three (3) scheduled county inspection visits per year (approximately every 4 months).

During each visit, our technicians will perform:

Visual inspection of septic system components
Chlorine residual testing
Sprinkler head inspection
Alarm system check (audio and visual)
Sludge level measurement to determine if pumping is needed

Our inspections help identify issues early before they turn into expensive repairs or system failures.

Convenient Scheduled Service

Visits are performed during normal business hours and scheduled by service area to provide efficient routing and dependable service.

Weekend Emergency Support

If assistance is needed after hours or on weekends, simply submit a request through the QR code link and our on-call personnel will respond as quickly as possible.

Services Not Included

The maintenance agreement does not include:

Septic pumping
Repairs or replacement of system components
Emergency service calls outside normal coverage
After-hours or same-day service requests

Any additional services required will be quoted separately and must be approved before work begins. Deposits may be required depending on the repair or service needed.

While these services are not included in the monthly maintenance fee, active maintenance members receive discounted pricing on septic pumping, repairs, and additional services as part of their membership benefits.
